Reggui integrates a Monte Carlo code, designed for proton therapy simulations that can run on both, regular multicore Central Processing Unit (CPU) and Xeon Phi coprocessor architectures. Calls to MCsquare from the Matlab environment is available only on CPU architechtures, not on Xeon Phi. Read more about it on the wiki page of the plugin.
